Our Staff
Kathy Arnold has worked the front desk for Dr. Rauch since the beginning of his practice. She has seen the many advances in dentistry and the many benefits these advances offer to Dr. Rauch's patients. The expertise of Dr. Rauch in all areas of his work allows patients a wide range of options when decisions need to be made.
Kathy loves being that familiar face when patients come through the front door. She tries her best to remember each patient by his or her first name and hopes to continue this for many more years.
Lori McCollum has been Dr. Rauch's lead assistant since 2005. She loves assisting for the variety and challenges it offers. She likes Dr. Rauch's gentle and conservative approach to dentisty and gets to see his artistic and aesthetic talents up close. She appreciates Dr. Rauch's eye for detail and how concerned he is with the patient's overall health and well being.
Lori is married and has two adult children. In her spare time she enjoys the great outdoors in any way possible, in particular hiking, camping and riding her motorcycle.
Tracy Krendl, RDH, has been a hygienist with Dr. Rauch since 2009. She is a 1998 graduate of Lima Technical College. She loves Dr. Rauch's conservative yet proactive approach to dentistry. She considers every day here to be a good day.
Tracy has lived in Delphos, Ohio her entire life. She has been married to her husband Jeff since 1991 and they have three children. She is looking forward to traveling more once her last child graduates. In the Summer, she loves spending time outside.
Bridgett Williams, RDH, has been a hygienist with Dr. Rauch since 2011. She is a 1994 graduate of Lima Technical College. She loves the dental field and enjoys establishing relationships with her patients.
She feels very blessed to be part of Dr. Rauch's team.
Bridgett graduated from Spencerville High School. She has been married to her husband Pete since 1998 and she is a busy mom to their four children. Her family loves camping, boating, water sports and traveling to new places. She loves good conversation with her kids and watching them compete in their sports and activites.
Heather Dawson has worked for Dr. Rauch as financial coordinator and dental assistant since 2011. Prior to joining Dr. Rauch's team, she has worked in dentistry as receptionist, dental assistant, office manager and practice management consultant since 1992. She likes helping patients understand their dental benefits. She loves Dr. Rauch's gentle demeanor and how compassionate he is toward his patients & staff.
Heather has been married to her husband Brent since 1993 and they have three children. In her spare time, Heather teaches 8th grade catechism class at St. Gerard Church.
Brittiney Cook, RDH, has been a hygienist with Dr. Rauch since 2013. She is a 2008 graduate of Rhodes State College. She finds great satisfaction in providing oral knowledge, thorough cleanings and getting to know all of her patients. She is thankful to have found such a great dental office and feels blessed to work for such a kind hearted dentist who treats every patient individually.
Brittiney resides in Elida with her husband Ty and three beautiful children. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, boating & campfires with family and friends at their summer place in Coldwater, MI.
Emily Meyer, RDH, has been a hygienist with Dr. Rauch since June 2016. She is a graduate of Rhodes State College. Emily has found the dental field to be a truly rewarding career. She enjoys coming to work every day, building relationships with patients and tending to their dental needs. She admires Dr. Rauch's capabilities of reassuring and alleviating patient fears.
Emily loves spending time with her fiance Jordan as well as her parents and four older brothers. When she's not working, Emily enjoys hiking, canoeing and riding her bike. On weekends she helps at her family's restaurant, Joey Fratello's in Findlay.

Kati Jarvis, RDH has been a hygienist with Dr. Rauch since July 2019. She is a 2017 graduate of Rhodes State College. Kati is excited to work with a team that is passionate about their work and really cares for patients. She is excited to build relationships with her patients and help them with their oral healthcare journey.
Outside of work, Kati is a newlywed to her husband Ronald. She also has two dogs named Wrigley and Riley. She loves to spend time outside to camp and to go hiking.
